Internal rentals
Internal rentals are for monthly (or longer) members only. The prices below are in addition to the monthly (or longer) membership prices above. VAT included.

Our two private offices (Babbage & Feynman) can comfortably host 1-3 people, while the meeting room (Darwin) hosts up to 10-15 people depending on seating. All rooms have AC. A mobile whiteboard is available. Depending on availability, the rooms can also be used for free by members without booking. All three rooms are suitable for video-calls, podcasting, etc.
External rentals
External rentals are for non-members and for daily or weekly members. VAT included.

Full payment for external rentals shall be made no later than 7 days before day of use, or at the time of making the booking (if less than 7 days until day of use). Full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days before day of use. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total payment will be charged for cancellations made 2-6 days before day of use, and 50% for cancellations made less than 48 hours before planned room usage.
FAQ
Can I get a free trial day?
Yes! Everyone who has previously never tried the space may get a one day free trial. Such a trial day is valid during reception hours (Mon-Sun, 09:00-17:00).
