FAQ

Q: I’m not an academic. Can I work at the Bali Campus?

A: Yes.

Q: Can I try the space for free?

A: Yes, everyone has one free trial day.

Q: Are you open during evenings and nights?

A: Our members have access 24/7 to the coworking space.

Q: I don’t have any money. Can I work at the Bali Campus?

A: We try our best to accommodate all researchers and students who come our way. That said, we already offer very generous discounts for researchers and students (compared to the non-specialised coworking spaces) and we do need income to cover our expenses. So, the answer is in principal no.

Q: I’m a member. Can I bring a visiting friend to work?

A: Yes, if there is space available and you don’t make it a habit.

Q: I’m a member. Can I bring a kid to work?

A: Yes, if there is a corner available for them to play in (not too loudly) or if they watch a movie with headphones, etc. Babies are welcome, as is breastfeeding.

Q: I’m a member. Can I bring a pet to work?

A: Nah, in general it’s a no to pets… That said, we do care for a stray cat, Zem, that we’re very fond of – but he stays outside.

Q: I need to print a document. Can I do it at your place?

A: Yes. Non-members pay a bit more than members for the service.

Q: Do you have Skype booths?

A: We have three meeting rooms with AC upstairs that can all be used for video calls. Members use them for free if they are available, while booking a room requires an hourly fee (also for members).

Q: I have a question that has not been answered above.

A: Feel free to email us (indonesia@igdore.org) or call during our front desk opening hours (+62-82340732658)!
